Henry Ford was born on July 30th, in Wayne County near Dearborn,  Michigan. It was living on his family's farm that made the young Ford become an inventor, an activist for his employees, and a philanthropist.

I believe what he means by this quote, is that no matter the circumstances it ultimately comes down to the indiviual's mind set. If you know in your mind that you can accomplish something then it will happen, but if you put yourself in a negitive state of mind then nothing will come of your hard work.
